Business Insider Picks Up Story of Ron Simon & Associates Chipotle Norovirus Lawsuit Against a Background of Allegations Sick Employees Were Compelled to Work

WTOP also reported that at least two of the many victims tested positive for norovirus – a fact Chipotle did not deny. WTOP also reported that the quick attribution of the illnesses to norovirus lies in part with advances in norovirus detection:

Both Kyle Hogan and Patrick Moore allegedly ate at the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Sterling, Virginia, in mid-July and thereafter became sick. They are only two of the many victims Ron Simon & Associates are representing in the Chipotle norovirus outbreak. There are reports of more than 135 victims having been made ill, or developing symptoms, between July 13th and 16th.
