On the 13th of February, 2023, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) announced an expanded list of Daiso’s prepackaged snacks, which have been placed under an Allergy Alert due to containing allergens which are not stated on the packaging. The undeclared allergens include tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

A similar occurrence took place in January, when Daiso recalled their Tohato and Kashiwado Snacks due to the products containing undeclared peanuts, almonds, soybeans, milk and shellfish.

The below Daiso prepackaged snack products, as listed with their SKU, complete Product Name and the Missing Allergen items, as seen on the U.S. Food & Drug Administration’s website, have been taken out of all distribution locations.
