According to Maryland health officials, at least one of the Sam’s E. coli Victims has been hospitalized. The confirmation of at least seven E. coli victims of Sam’s prepackaged salads in Maryland is likely to lead to a series of Maryland E. coli Sam’s Club Lawsuits, says national e. coli lawyer Ron Simon who has prosecuted thousands of such cases.  “The simple truth is that when we eat food in the united States, there is an implicit warranty that the food is safe, free from harmful adulterants, and will not make us ill,” says Simon, “and in these E. coli lawsuits we seek to hold those  responsible for the damages to the victims accountable, in part to prevent this from happening again, and in part because the victims are entitled to be made whole after becoming sick from doing nothing other than purchasing and consuming a product they believed was safe.”

The implicated E., coli salad includes the Ready Pac Bistro Bowl Chicken Caesar Salad which has a lot No. 255406963 and a best-if-sold-by date of October the 31, 2019.  Maryland health officials identified E. coli O157:H7, the most common form of Shiga-toxin-producing e. coli, in the romaine lettuce.
