Dave’s Sushi Victims Retain National Food Poisoning Lawyer Ron Simon to Represent Them

Over the past few weeks, two individuals have died and numerous patrons of Dave’s Sushi have become ill, some requiring hospitalization, after eating what is believed to have been contaminated morel mushrooms in a specialty sushi roll from Dave’s Sushi.

One of the national food poisoning lawyers, who spoke to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, stated, “This is a difficult time for many. The two deceased individuals have left behind family and friends, and many others are still trying to recuperate. Having spoken to the surviving family members in one of the two tragic deaths, I can tell you they are distraught and need our thoughts and prayers.” He added, “Having been retained by multiple victims, we are now going to work for them, and will try to find out how this tragedy unfolded.”

Although it’s still early in the investigation, the suspected morel mushrooms were imported from China.

A number of lawsuits have now been filed against the restaurant. Many people, according to food poisoning attorney Ron Simon, “will prefer to file a claim without having to go to court. It is our hope that the restaurant and its insurance company will act responsibly so these people do not have to relive their ordeal in a courtroom.” Only time will tell.

The investigation is ongoing, but Montana health officials are fairly confident that the outbreak is over.
