GHNW, LLC of Clackamas, OR is voluntarily recalling Mushroom Stir Fry Mix 10 oz. tray and Stir Fry Mix 16 oz. tray that have been produced utilizing Broccoli Slaw that’s being recalled by Mann Packing Co., Inc. because of the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
