Oskri Organics Corporation of Lake Mills, WI is remembering ALL Oskri Corporation manufactured nut butters.

This recall was initiated because of positive test results for Listeria monocytogenes found in several Oskri Corporation manufactured nut butters. Consumption of this product may cause potential health threat.

Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause severe and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may suffer only short-term signs like high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and nausea.

We started production of the remembered Oskri Corporation manufactured nut butters the start of January 2018.

Oskri Corporation has spread Nut Butters into the following states: NY, MI, CA, PA, OH, WI, NH, IL, FL, MA, TX, AZ, IN, ID, OR, SC, and RI.

Nut butters subject to recall include: Almond, Cashew, Coconut, Peanut (all taste varieties), Pumpkin, Sunflower, and Tahini. Nut butters are offered in 16 ounce plastic jars using the Volume Number either on top or bottom of the jar close to the Expiration Date, in Pouches using the Lot Number and Expiration Date situated on either the top or bottom of the back of the pouch. On bulk packaging, which would be Oskri Corporation boxes, the tag should be found on the box at the top right-hand corner of one of the four sides. This tag will list the lot number, production date, in addition to the expiration date.

if you’re in possession of any of these products, we recommend you to quarantine and destroy the item immediately.
