Thrive Market, Inc, is remembering all unexpired a lot of those Thrive Market-branded nut butters listed below (“Product(s)”) because of the possibility of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. On January 21, 2019, one of our providers notified us that it was issuing a recall of nut butters it’s manufactured since January 2018 due to a positive test for Listeria monocytogenes in recent tons. Since the safety of our members is our absolute priority, we’re expanding on our provider’s remember and are voluntarily recalling all unexpired lots of Thrive Market-branded nut butters manufactured by this supplier.

Though it’s quite unlikely that the Product(s) you’ve bought was influenced by any contaminationout of an abundance of caution,if any of the merchandise listed below are in your possession, we request that you please immediately discard it so that it can’t be consumed by you or others. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause severe and sometimes fatal infections in elderly women, young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term signs like high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

The Products were distributed nationwide through Thrive Market’s ecommerce subscription service to its members, in addition to other online retailers.
