Wegmans Meals Markets, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of recent Cauliflower Rice, Veggie Cauliflower Rice Mix and Stir-Fry Combine with Cauliflower, bought within the produce division between 12/7/18 and 12/18/18, as a result of it could be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7 micro organism (E. Coli O157:H7). E. coli O157:H7 causes a diarrheal sickness typically with bloody stools. No diseases have been reported thus far.

The recall was initiated by Produce Packaging, Inc. based mostly in Cleveland, OH, which provides these merchandise to Wegmans and notified Wegmans that the product might have been contaminated.
