Over 300 victims adn this is just the proverbial “tip of the iceberg”, says Ron Simon, whose salmonella law firm has launched an investigation into the salmonella cucumber outbreak that has rocked the nation with hundreds identified – thousands suspected – in this massive nation-wide outbreak of Salmonella Africana and Salmonella Braenderup. Salmonella Cucumber Law Firm Looking Into Fresh Start Produce Sales Cucumber Production.

In this outbreak, according to the CDC and FDA, Fresh Start Produce Sales Inc. of Delray, Florida is the likely source of the outbreak. Fresh Start Produce Sales has, in the wake of a positive salmonella test, issues a recall of cucumbers were shipped in bulk and 24- and 36-count boxes directly to retail distribution centers, wholesalers, and food service distributors in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia, between May 17th and 21st of this year.

Salmonella Cucumber Lawsuit

According to Simon, a cucumber salmonella lawsuit has been drafted and the investigation launched, in an attempt t find out how this tragic outbreak was allowed to happen. Among the many questions is whether the salmonella is limited to the outside peel of the cucumber? If so, how did the cucumbers get distributed without proper cleaning. What lead to the initial contamination? Salmonella cucumber lawsuits will use the discovery process to find answers to these and many other questions.
