FDA Issues Another Recall on Enoki Mushrooms from Korea for Possible Listeria Concern On March 9, 2020, Sun Hong Food, Inc., a company based in Montebello, California placed a recall on its Enoki Mushroom products from Korea. On March 23, 2020, Guan’s Mushroom Co of Commerce declared a recall of their Enoki mushrooms imported from Korea for Listeria monocytogene concerns as well.
