HelloLife, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is initiating a voluntary recall of four distinct goods, Neuroveen, Respitrol, Thyroveev and Compulsin, in expiry, into the consumer and retail level as a result of potential microbial contamination. Neuroveen was analyzed and found to be infected with Staphylococcus saprophyticus and Burkholderia cepacia. Compulsin was identified as comprising Burkholderia cepacia.
Respitrol and Thyroveev are still pending bacterial investigation. Each item being recalled is to get one lot that was packed into 2-ounce antiques (see table below) which were manufactured in the King Bio, Inc center in Asheville, NC.
