Raw Farm “Raw Cheddar”  E. coli O157:H7 Lawsuit: Ron Simon & Associates Files E. Coli Lawsuits on Behalf of Outbreak Victims

“This is the third outbreak in 12 months linked to raw milk products, whether it be e. coli, campylobacter. or salmonella food poisoning” says Ron Simon, the nations leading e. coli lawyer and lead attorney in each of the lawsuits filed for victims in these outbreaks. Ron Simon has been the first to file a lawsuit in numerous e. coli outbreaks, always on the front edge of litigation to make food safer in the USA. Just recently, Ron Simon filed the first Grimmway Farms e. coli carrot lawsuit. In a recent You Tube video clip – Ron Simon again files first E. coli lawsuit in the McDonald’s e. coli lawsuit.

In the most recent raw milk-related case, this time raw cheddar made by Raw Farm, there are (as of today) seven victims in Texas, California, and Florida- and that number is expected to rise as the investigation continues. Of the victims providing interviews, 100 percent identified Raw Farms Raw Cheddar as something they had recently consumed.

Ron Simon and his team are once again gearing up to conduct discovery and to find out what went wrong at Raw Farms that led to the potentially deadly e. coli O157:H7 outbreak.
