Two Brothers Pork Skins, a Kannapolis, N.C. institution, is recalling an undetermined quantity of pork skin products because the products were created without meeting the national requirements to develop and implement a hazard analysis and system of preventive controls to enhance the security of the goods, called Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points; the omission of safe handling instructions on the package; and because of misbranding.
