Wegmans is now recalling fresh Cauliflower Rice, Veggie Cauliflower Rice Blend, and Stir-Fry Mix with Cauliflower. Source of romaine lettuce illnesses narrowed The number of illnesses related to romaine lettuce contaminated with e. coli has increased to 59 people in 16 states, with 23 hospitalizations. Romaine lettuce a health threat once again In an outbreak of e. coli linked to romaine lettuce, very similar to two recent outbreaks of food poisoning caused by the lettuce, 32 people in 11 states have become ill.
