Ranier’s Rx Laboratory Issues Voluntary Recall of All Sterile Compounded Products Within Expiry Due to Lack of Sterility Concerns

Ranier’s Rx Laboratory is voluntarily recalling all sterile antipsychotic drug products in expiry into the hospital or user level. These drug products have been voluntarily recalled because of concerns that clinics in the drugstore have the capability to pose a danger of contamination to goods which are meant to be sterile. These concerns arose after a regular inspection of the drugstore by FDA.
