Meijer is initiating a voluntary recall of 13,284 packages of combined nuts because of the potential threat of an undeclared tree-nut allergen (Brazil nuts) bought in any respect Meijer shops, and is being issued to its clients in cooperation with the U.S. Meals & Drug Administration.
