This Chipotle food poisoning outbreak is in Sterling, Virginia.  The cause, according to company spokesperson Jim Marsden, is likely norovirus.  Now, with stock prices plummeting once again, Chipotle is forced to reassess once again.  The Chipotle Mexican Grill at issue is located at 21031 Tripleseven Road, and is owned by the Denver based Chipotle company. At least four children have developed Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, or HUS, a potentially deadly effect of consumption of a Shiga Toxin-Producing E. coli bacteria (STEC).  In this case, tragically, two of the young children have died.
