JFE Franchising, Inc. Issues a Voluntary Recall Associated with a Nationwide Peach Recall Because Of Possible Health Risk

Houston, TX (November 3, 2025) – JFE Franchising, Inc. of Houston, TX, is voluntarily recalling a limited number of products containing California-grown yellow and white peaches because they may be contaminated with Listeria

Listeria monocytogenes is commonly known for causing fever, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea and may also lead to stillbirth in severe cases. People exhibiting any of these symptoms should seek medical attention immediately.

There have been no illnesses or consumer complaints reported to date.

This action is in response to the October 29, 2025, recall issued by Moonlight Companies, whose peaches were supplied to retailer partners, used as ingredients in our Peach Salsa and sold through Kroger.

Our voluntary recall was initiated on November 3, 2025, in alignment with our commitment to consumer safety and regulatory compliance.

All items were sold in plastic clam-shell containers under the SNOWFRUIT label with the following descriptions and product codes:

Affected SNOWFRUIT items can be identified by reviewing the product label for any combination of both an affected SELL BY date and an affected LOT listed below. A complete list of locations where the affected SNOWFRUIT product was sold is available here.

Consumers who have purchased affected SNOWFRUIT products are urged to not consume the products and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or dispose of the products. Consumers with questions may contact the company at [email protected].
